A romantic story based on a poem of the same title by French troubadour J. de Baisieux. It relates a tale of cowardice and courage, but primarily of the love of three young knights for a beautiful maiden. She will marry the one who loves her more than life itself. To prove this, her special man will have to mount his horse at the tournament without any armor whatsoever, clothed only in a linen sark.
